Matthew Kostman
Senior Associate
Matthew Kostman joined ZRA as an associate in January 2022. At ZRA, Mr. Kostman advises on issues covering technology and public policy and has assisted clients in project management, program development, and building relationships and collaboration opportunities with CISA and other industry partners.
Prior to joining ZRA, Mr. Kostman worked as a principal researcher at Gartner, developing management best practices for applications and software engineering leaders that focused on topics such as automation, Agile, application modernization, and portfolio management. Previously, he worked at several nonprofits that specialized in international, security, and economic policies in the Eastern European region.
Mr. Kostman received his MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, with a concentration in International Economics and European & Eurasian Studies. He received his BA in International Affairs with a minor in Russian Language & Literature from George Washington University.
