Shannon Walsh

Shannon Walsh joined ZRA as a Strategic Research Consultant in May 2024. At ZRA, Ms. Walsh provides strategic research to support risk management decisions on a range of information technology and cybersecurity issues.
Prior to joining ZRA, Ms. Walsh worked as an analyst at a global intelligence firm supporting multi-jurisdictional investigations for major multinational corporations and financial services clients. She also provided strategic intelligence reporting involving supply chain and geopolitical risk assessments to navigate evolving threats and enhance decision-making. During Ms. Walsh’s graduate program, she served on a multidisciplinary team for a non-profit to develop an interactive mapping tool and policy guidance to inform the development of equitable policies for a clean energy transition in the New England region.
Ms. Walsh obtained M.S. in Security and Resilience Studies from Northeastern University, where she also obtained her B.A. in International Affairs with minors in Spanish and Food Systems Sustainability.
