Our Past

ZRA has helped clients navigate the complex landscape of cybersecurity and infrastructure security for more than 25 years. Our history is rooted in the federal government's evolving cybersecurity priorities and requirements.

Lee Zeichner launched ZRA in 1996 in conjunction with the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure. He played a critical role in helping implement Presidential Decision Directive 63, which helped establish the foundation for protecting critical U.S. infrastructure.

Our guiding principle, then and now, is to safeguard our nation's most essential information systems, infrastructure, and processes.

Our Present

Since our founding, ZRA has grown into a diverse team of highly skilled professionals who apply their expertise to develop tailored, innovative solutions for our clients.

We have provided critical support to U.S. government organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), through policy compliance, communications, mission engineering, and stakeholder engagement consulting services.
